She is known to regularly advise and represent various songwriters, music producers, singers, film directors, actors, authors, screenwriters, production houses, independent record labels and publishers. Ms. Seth’s work further includes negotiating and advising digital and technology platforms, amongst others. Her key role with her clientele is of advising, structuring, and negotiating deals across all domestic and international production houses and platforms. Ms. Seth is currently involved in various projects related to IP rights management, documentation, and negotiation for the acquisition of content.
