Moutaz Abdullat is currently employed at Ferrero GCC as General Legal Counsel. He is looking after Corporate Governance, Food Law, IP, Data Privacy and corporate commercial matters. Prior to Joining Ferrero, Moutaz was working at Nestlé Middle East as Regional Legal Counsel covering the regions of Middle East, North of Africa & Maghreb. Moutaz obtained his LL.B degree from Al-Bayt University in Jordan and his Master’s Degree in International Business Law from Paris Sorbonne University. In addition to his extensive experience in the above-mentioned fields, he is specialized in civil law, criminal law and international business laws. He gained his first experience at Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property, the pioneer trademark agency and legal consultancy firm in the region.
