Suneet Kumar Tyagi is a practising Advocate/Counsel, with holding an experience for the last 23 years. He practises in the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of Bombay, Delhi, Rajasthan, District Courts, NCLT, MahaRERA, MREAT & Consumer Courts. His areas of specialisation are Real Estate, Infrastructure, Land Disputes & Commercial litigation.
Also, Mr. Tyagi has worked in several other areas in terms of civil revenue, Intellectual Property Rights, RERA Consumer Matters, etc. As a part of his corporate advisory role, he has advised several corporate and international clients of the Government like the NHAI, Ministry of Finance, MoRTH, and various banks on infrastructural and project financing cases.
