Vishal is a founding partner at the firm. His areas of expertise are financial advisory, Indian GAAP, IFRS, IND-AS, Internal Controls, Financial Planning & Analysis and Direct Taxes. Vishal has worked with Big-4 consulting firms for the initial eight 8 years of his career and gained extensive experience in advising umpteen multinational companies and PSUs on the implementation of SOX, IFRS conversion, US GAAP and Indian GAAP accounting principles. Vishal has also got extensive experience in working with Energy Sector in various roles including financial/business controlling and have handled Capital Market transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions and has successfully led large finance, accounts and tax teams.
