Sowmya Saikumar completed her law from Amity Law School, Delhi and holds a masters degree from University College London in International Business Law. She has over 14 years experience in advising and representing corporates and organisations on contentious and non-contentious issues. She has represented a wide spectrum of clients before various Tribunals, High Courts as well as the Supreme Court of India and has also been involved in varied corporate transactional mandates. She has rich and diverse experience across various sectors of law including but not limited to Corporate Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Electricity and Arbitration Law.
