Shriya is part of the Disputes practice of the firm. She focuses on dispute resolution through litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution with a focus on construction and engineering as well as Energy: Power and Hydrocarbons sectors. Shriya has acted for several international as well as Indian clients in domestic and international arbitrations as well as diverse litigation proceedings with a focus on corporate and commercial contracts. Shriya also represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Tribunals across India. Additionally, she also advises clients on both regulatory as well as contentious matters of Employment law, with an emphasis on laws relating to prevention of sexual harassment at workplace.
