Sakshi Goel is a corporate lawyer with a strong background in Antitrust, IT, Data Protection and Intellectual Property law, gained over an experience of five years in the legal industry. She is currently working with Competition Commission of India, on issues such as anti-competitive behaviour in digital markets.
She started her career as an in-house counsel where she was recognised for providing legal support and guidance across corporate transactional law, commercial contracts and matters pertaining to compliance and regulation. Sakshi Goel is a PhD scholar, alumnus of OP Jindal Global Law School (LL.M) and Delhi University’s Faculty of Law (LL.B).
