Megha is a lawyer from India with experience of seven years and an LL.M. in IPR from George Washington University. Prior to that, she worked in the litigation team at Dua Associates and Solicitors,and has experience in arguing several matters before different Courts in Delhi. Megha has represented major clients like SBI in a case related to Kingfisher Airlines before the SC and Delhi HC. She has even handled several pro-bono matters with DLSA. Presently, she is an independent practitioner with an endeavour to legally empower her clients through legal capacity building by way of legal counselling and promoting mental health advocacy.
