Keerthi is a Partner with Anantha Legal, Hyderabad. She practices in the areas of corporate law, real estate and private clients. Keerthi has experience in transactional matters, including structuring and documentation. She has undertaken various types of transactions such as acquisitions, foreign investments, joint ventures and infrastructure projects (including real-estate transactions). She has substantial experience in general corporate and advisory matters.
Keerthi graduated with B.A., B.L(Hons.) degree from the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2003 and was awarded four gold medals for academic excellence. She also holds a Masters of Law degree from Columbia University Law School, New York,USA
