Kuriakose Varghese, likes to believe that he is primarily a litigator. He has argued several matters in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts at Delhi, Bombay, Chandigarh, Kerala and Madras. He has also appeared in several National level Tribunals and Statutory Commissions. Some of them are reported judgments in the field of arbitration, banking laws, law of trusts, employment law, mining laws, ecclesiastical law, criminal law etc. He has been a keynote speaker in the ASEAN Conference at the UN- Asia Pacific Commission and has lectured widely in Malaysia, Singapore, Suriname, Egypt, Japan and the United Kingdom.
