Josephine was admitted as a Barrister-at-law (Inner Temple) and later as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019. She commenced her legal career with civil and commercial disputes involving insolvency exercises, asset recovery, shareholder disputes, strata management matters and industrial relation issues. She also cultivated an active portfolio of chancery, probate and administration matters in which she represents major trust corporations and individuals alike. She has since focused her dispute resolution practice to advisory work, arbitration and adjudication in the construction, infrastructure and energy sector.
