Govinda Toshniwal is a Principal Associate at Khaitan & Co’s corporate and commercial practice group. He graduated from Christ College of Law, Bangalore (now School of Law, Christ University) in 2012 with a B.A. LLB degree. With over 10 years of experience, he has advised clients across various sectors on several complex domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice spans a range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, assets and business transfers, collaborations and exits transactions and general corporate advisory. Throughout his career, he has also served as an in-house counsel with notable conglomerates such as Accenture and Honeywell.
