Dr Kumudani Sharma is heading the Legal Department of Oil India Limited at Corporate office Noida since September 2021. She is an economics graduate from University of Delhi and a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1995 besides possessing being Doctorate degree and bachelor’s Degree in law.
She started her professional journey in September 1993. During these 30 years, she has worked with infrastructure consulting company (Elektrim), NBFC (Tulip Finance), Delhi Stock Exchange, Hydropower company (NHPC), Engineering Company (EPI) and presently in Oil India Ltd
She believes that in-house legal counsel should be good business strategist while being a legal advisor to the company. She is a good negotiator and aims to resolve the disputes amicably with focus on business interest.
