He has successfully closed numerous mergers, acquisitions, syndicated loans, and stock market operations. Currently the Legal Manager at Bio Pappel Scribe, the largest subsidiary of Bio Pappel, Roberto leads the legal team of one of Latin America’s top printing and writing paper companies.
