law graduate and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he also holds an LL.M. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an MBA in Finance & IT from IMT. Anubhav has worked with major corporates including Ford, Tata Technologies, Cummins, Domino’s, and Polaris Software, handling M&A, litigation, regulatory compliance, and complex contract negotiations. He has deep expertise in corporate governance, board management, insider trading, and public/private offerings. A member of CII’s Legal Services Committee, he’s also passionate about IP and innovation. At Tata Technologies, he led global sustainability efforts, advancing girls’ education, workplace diversity, and design thinking among engineers.
