She has assisted prestigious Mexican and foreign companies in maintaining, monitoring, and defending their trademark and patent portfolios. She is an expert in researching and conducting searches, registration procedures, responding to office actions, oppositions, declarations of use, renewals, and monitoring trademark portfolios in Mexico and in more than 50 countries.
