Ajay currently is the Co-Chairman and Member of the prestigious Bar Council of Delhi (BCD). Ajay is also the founder of Sondhi Law Chambers. He is a dual qualified lawyer- an Advocate registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and an Attorney registered with the New York State Bar. He is familiar with the issues involved in both domestic and international financing and has worked as counsel in US deals including investments into Indian entities by corporate groups based out of US and other European jurisdictions. He joined the Banking and Finance Group of Luthra & Luthra in November 2008 and has since worked on some of the leading financing and real estate deals.
