Abhishek Mathur completed his LLB from Symbiosis International University in the year 2019 and also holds a diploma in Competition Law from National Law University, Delhi. He possesses three years of focused experience in Intellectual Property Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions and Insolvency Laws.
Throughout his career, Abhishek Mathur has represented various clients in matters before various Courts/Tribunals including DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court. Currently, he manages the entire IP prosecution and represents his Company in various Registries and Courts.
