The EdTech giant PhysicsWallah has acquired upskilling platform iNeuron Intelligence for approximately $30 Million USD. Vertices Partners has advised iNeuron with a team led by Vikrant Anand along with Siddharth Bhargava. Also, Vertices Partners has advised the acquirer of PhysicsWallah with a team led by Vani Panicker and Anushree Pathak. At the same time, this acquisition Vinayak Burman and Archana Khosla also provided strategic inputs on the overall process of the transaction, and Transaction Square also advised on the taxation aspects of the acquisition.
Thus, with this acquisition, PhysicsWallah plans to expand its offering in the category of upskilling.
