Luthra acts on Oriental Infra Trust, as it has availed financial assistance of INR 13,500 million from a consortium of leaders’ inter-alia for the purpose of acquisition of a 100% stake in Biaora to Dewas Highway Private Limited. Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as the legal counsel for the Lenders in the case of this transaction process.
