Financial Aid Policy for LexTalk World Summits
LexTalk World is committed to making high-quality legal education
accessible to all members of the legal community.
Financial aid availability. Financial aid, in the form of full or partial
registration fee waivers, is available for attorneys who wish to attend our summits but are
experiencing financial hardship.
Eligible criteria for award
Applications will be reviewed and awarded based on the following criteria:
- Attorneys experiencing verified financial hardship or unemployment
- Public interest attorneys and legal aid professionals
- Government attorneys and full-time academics or law professors
Procedures to request aid
Attorneys seeking financial aid must follow these application procedures:
- Send a formal written request by email to contact@lextalk.world
- Use the subject line: "CLE Financial Aid Request – [City/Year] Summit"
- Submit the request at least fourteen business days before the event
Required information. The email must include the applicant's full name, state
bar number, current employment status or employer name, and a brief statement explaining the
basis for the financial hardship or public-interest status.
